Information you provide
When you request a Growth Audit, we collect the contact and business details you enter, including your name, company, email, website, phone number if supplied, industry, company size and information about your business challenge.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to review your business and digital presence, respond to your request, discuss potential services and maintain a record of the conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries are stored in the database on our Hostinger hosting account. Email notifications containing your inquiry are sent through Hostinger Email to Visual Cliff Media. These service providers process information as needed to operate, secure and maintain the service. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data, including IP addresses. The form uses a daily derived network identifier to limit abusive submissions; these rate-limit records are removed after two days by our scheduled maintenance task.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not currently install optional advertising or analytics trackers. The Growth Audit form uses a necessary session cookie to protect submissions, preserve form state and show your confirmation. If optional tracking is added, this notice and any appropriate visitor choices will be updated.
Retention and your requests
We keep inquiry information as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship. You can ask to access, correct or delete information you supplied by emailing Frank. We may need to verify your request and retain information needed for legal obligations or an ongoing agreement.
Please limit what you share
Do not submit passwords, payment details, health information or confidential customer records through the Growth Audit form. If an engagement requires sensitive information, an appropriate method will be agreed separately.

We may update this notice as the website and our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
